Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Zernyx Flow.
• You must provide accurate information when you register.
• If you use Zernyx Flow for an organisation, you must have permission to act for that organisation.

You may create an account using an available sign-in method, including email and password or a supported identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Organisations control their Zernyx Flow workspaces. Workspace administrators may invite or remove members, assign roles, manage content, configure integrations, and access workspace information according to their permissions. If an organisation gives you access, you must also follow its policies and instructions.

You keep ownership of the projects, tasks, messages, files, images, CRM records, and other content you submit. You give KVGAI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED permission to host, process, copy, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and support Zernyx Flow.

You must have the right to submit your content. We may remove content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, offensive, infringes another person's rights, or threatens the platform or its users.

You must not misuse Zernyx Flow, access another person's account or data without permission, bypass security controls, introduce malware, overload or disrupt the service, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or use it for unlawful activity.

Zernyx Flow may generate suggestions, summaries, or proposed actions from your instructions and workspace context. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, sharing it, or approving an action. Do not treat AI output as legal, financial, medical, or human-resources advice.

Zernyx Flow may offer monthly or yearly paid plans with access to premium features. The price, billing period, included features, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.

If you subscribe through Apple, payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account Settings.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Other purchases are subject to the billing terms shown at checkout. Payments are non-refundable except where the law or the relevant app store requires otherwise.

Zernyx Flow can connect to services such as Google and Slack. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third-party service, and its features or availability may change independently of Zernyx Flow.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Zernyx Flow collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

We may update, add, or remove features. We work to keep Zernyx Flow available, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, provider outages, emergencies, and events outside our control may affect availability.

You may stop using Zernyx Flow at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or has unpaid fees. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable chance to fix the issue.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zernyx Flow and KVGAI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms periodically. We will change the date at the top and give reasonable notice of material changes. If you continue to use Zernyx Flow after updated terms take effect, you accept the revised terms.
