We may collect the following information when you use Zernyx Flow:

• your email address, name, username, and profile photo;
• your organisation, workspace membership, role, and account settings;
• projects, tasks, comments, messages, files, meetings, leave requests, ideas, CRM records, and other content you add;
• information needed for integrations you choose to connect, such as Google Calendar or Slack; and
• device, browser, IP address, diagnostic, and security information used to keep the service working safely.

We do not collect precise location data, sell personal information, or display third-party advertisements.

• create and manage your account;
• run workspaces, projects, tasks, communication, reporting, and other product features;
• send invitations, alerts, and service messages;
• improve performance and fix errors;
• protect accounts, prevent misuse, and enforce permissions; and
• provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.

When you use Zernyx Flow's AI assistant, your prompt and the workspace context needed to answer it may be sent to Google Gemini or Groq. AI responses can be wrong, so review them before acting on them. Do not include confidential or sensitive information unless it is needed for the request and your organisation allows it.

We do not sell your data. We share information only:

• with members and administrators of your workspace, according to their permissions;
• with providers that operate Zernyx Flow, including Supabase, Railway, Google Cloud Storage, Brevo, Google Gemini, and Groq;
• with Google or Slack when you or your administrator enable those integrations;
• when required by law or needed to protect users, the company, or the platform; or
• as part of a merger, reorganisation, financing, or sale, subject to suitable confidentiality protections.

Zernyx Flow uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember settings, save drafts, and provide core features. We do not use them for third-party behavioural advertising.

We keep account details and workspace content while the relevant account or workspace is active. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, security records, or where the law requires us to keep it.

We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and misuse. These include encrypted network traffic, access controls, and database row-level security. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Zernyx Flow is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses of it. Workspace administrators may also update or remove information controlled by their organisation.

Send a request to admin@zernyxflow.com. We may ask you to verify your identity. If your organisation manages your account, we may direct the request to its administrator.

We may update this policy when Zernyx Flow or the law changes. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
